The Workshop

Tools

The technologies we build to practice The Beach Way: why they exist, how they connect to our approach, and what happens when tools evolve.

The Beach Way is not only a vocabulary for how we work. It is also reflected in the tools we build. Each tool started as an answer to a real problem: how do we ship faster, learn in public, leave better trails, or make sense together?

These pages are not product landing pages. They explain our approach through the technologies we have made, and the reasons we made them. Gleo is our system of work and Forge is our primary platform; the others support how we build, compile, collaborate, and have built in the past.

Tools evolve

Sometimes a tool stops serving its purpose. It may be replaced, upgraded, or retired. That is normal. What matters is the story: why we built it, what it taught us, and what came next.

Active and deprecated tools both belong here. They are part of the same narrative.
